Assessments
A critical component of designing effective Structured Literacy instruction is administering a literacy assessment to gather information about students’ strengths and instructional needs.
Before starting tutoring, each student is required to have a Structured Literacy Assessment, which we will then use to create an individualised learning plan for our tutoring sessions.
Once we understand where the learning gaps are, we will then be able to make recommendations on the frequency of tutoring sessions as well as what at-home support should include.
