The Literacy Shed Taupo offers Structured Literacy tutoring sessions that help children embrace reading and be confident in their reading, writing and spelling abilities. Structured Literacy means that concepts are clearly and explicitly modelled and explained with key skills taught before more advanced skills. New learning is always built on prior knowledge, and previously taught skills are reviewed in every lesson.
